6 weeks todsy..

Hi 😘 I'm 6 weeks today been having the usual pregnancy symptoms but this evening I have back pain, neck pain, nausea, slight cramping. I've had a missed miscarriage before it's so hard to deter from them both. Anyone else experiencing this at 6 weeks..? Xx
