happy Saturday,

Today I got the call following my 5 day post-egg retrieval with an update on our embryos.

FYI we had 21 eggs all fertilised but 13 were normal.

Today they are freezing 5 top quality embryos and 3 are going to have an extra day as still dividing but not at the stage yet to be frozen.

They will give me another update tomorrow And confirm if they have made it or not.

All in all I’m happy I have remained with 5 good ones.

Now I just need to book for the frozen transfer!

I wonder how long I need to wait to start the process! I can’t wait! Today should have been my fresh transfer day, but will the amount of eggs they retrieved, they were worried about me developing OHSS so on medical grounds they decided to do frozen.

Do you think I’ll be able to start the process again once I get my period this month? due in about 10 days.
