Cramps after birth!
Okay momma's. Any idea what I can do about cramps after giving birth??
I had it pretty easy.. labor 5½ hours, pushed only 20 minutes but did tear.
I had my son almost 14 hours ago, and as expected I'm cramping as if I'm on my period.
Any advice on home to manage the cramps? They hurt pretty bad being that I tore and all. 😫😫
Also, any tips on helping it not hurt my vagina/butt so bad when I cough?!
