Extreme dizziness at 34 weeks?

Has anyone had extreme dizziness at 34 weeks? It literally woke me up. My heart starts racing and my head starts spinning. Should I call my doctor or is it something to not worry about?

My midwife always asks me if I’ve experienced any dizziness as it can be a sign of preeclampsia. I’d give them a call and see what the say.
