Anyone tried prenatal massage? Did you like it? Waste money? Did you feel safe?

The place I went to had pregnancy belly pillows and you could lay on your stomach with the belly in the hole or on your side. 
Absolutely no pressure while on my stomach and it was very relaxing!

It’s okay. You have to be on your side and they go soft. 
I was left disappointed like the massage version of blue balls.

Yes I had one laying on my side and it was so nice and relaxing. I think getting a facial is 10x better though.

It’s great to get some relaxation, but don’t expect to have like a real massage, they’ll just pet you very gently:)

So worth it! I go once a month and love it more every time! Highly recommend it but do your research on the place and make sure they do correct prenatal massages!

Totally safe and so worth it. I got one every month the first 6 months to help get thru nausea, headaches and soreness.

My husband set one up at our resort when we were on vacation at 30 weeks. It was AMAZING! Worth every penny.

I've had 2 so far 2nd was yesterday 3rd one booked for the 20th. They are very relaxing. My RMT uses a lot of hot stones. They aren't like deep tissue massages but still feels good. Mine are very cheap as I only pay a portion as the rest are covered from my benefits through work. The place I go doesn't have the belly hole so I just lay on my side. Helps with the aches and pains for sure!
