Cramps are awful.. help!!
I started my period yesterday, mind you I’ve had my period for seven years already, so I’m used to the pain. But this period in particular, is awful. The cramps kept me up all night and the mixture of cramps and bloating has been awful 😭 It’s making me not want kids!! Haha. Please help. I’ve taken over the counter meds but the absolute uncomfortable-ness is still evident.
