Last night I noticed an uncomfortable almost burning feeling in my labia. I went to the bathroom to check in the mirror and to my shock and horror my labia are red, painful, and swollen.

I have intercourse with nobody but my boyfriend who I know 100% is clean which rules out an STD, and I have no other signs of infection like itching of the actual vagina or bad smelling discharge.

Last night I walked for quite a while in very tight, uncomfortable pants wearing a dirtied pad, is it possible that that’s what caused it? Is there any way I can get rid of this awful swelling and get my kitty back to normal? Please help me ladies!
