Anyone tried vitex?

Wondering if anyone has tried vitex and what your experience was positive and negative? Was thinking of giving them a go.I’ve read they do have some side effects like headaches but if they are magic then maybe worth it :) thanks in advance for your time

I’ve been using Vitex and maca since December, I’ve always been irregular and I’ve been having a period every month since. So yes, in my case they’ve helped ALOT

I tried it, did nothing for me besides left an awful after taste & splitting headaches. Could work for you though! Always worth giving something a try!
