Has anyone, with a very regular cycle, completely skipped their period?

I’m 10 days late and I keep getting negatives on HPT’s. I don’t think AF is coming at this point. I have not been stressed at all, I didn’t even realize I was late until a couple days after the fact. My period has been like clockwork since I’ve had it (Roughly 15 years). Any advice is appreciated!

There are other reasons than stress
Have you changed your diet? Have you been sick? How about increasing workouts? Or loosing weight?
Either way if you have been sexually active do another test every couple days. If it happens again and there is no posetive I'd go to the doctor.

Stress can make your period late if your worried then go to your doctors and get a blood test. That way you can rule of pregnancy or confirm it
