It’s not really as bad as it sounds, my son is a sweet cuddly baby but he doesn’t realize things hurt. As a tiny baby he would gently reach up and tap our faces (so cute) and now that he’s a 24-lb 10 month old, his taps are not so gentle lol. He also loves to yank hair. These are done when he’s happy, not acting out when upset.

I know he’s not misbehaving (I personally don’t believe a baby this young CAN misbehave) but I’ve been trying to firmly hold his hand and and say “no” when he does it, but he also thinks that is a game because he loves when we catch his hands or feet lol.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks? It’s honestly a comprehension thing at this point- he doesn’t understand that some things hurt (but they really do!)
