My baby is 4 weeks and will be a complete 1 month on the 11th. About 3 days ago she has been imcredibly fussing. Grunt and grunts until she is in a full screaming cry. She has probably slept 6 hours in a 24 hour period. All 3 nights. I have tried everything. Sometimes shes even crying when we hold her. Idk what to do. Ive gotten 3 hours of sleep every night. Because she will not sleep. Should i try baby gas drops?

She will like grunt and bend legs up until shes just crying. She is formula fed. Sometimes when i hold her she even does like a crunch. Im thinking this is her tummy :(
