Tax/Witholding question?

Does anyone have an knowledge on this?

I’m currently needing to make some extra money, and I’ve done it before (years ago) where I change my witholding/or something like that on my checks from work from 0 to 8 for one check and they take out very little taxes, making my checks quite a bit bigger.

If I do this for two months, will that mean I have to pay in? I mean it’s only 2 months and that it and it’s the only way I can get a little cash I need to pay for my sons surgery. I have no help from family/sons father or anything and will not work a second job as I work 60 hours a week to support us as it is.

I’m not sure this makes any sense but don’t wanna dog myself into a hole and have to pay in to taxes but I don’t think I would for only two months of it.
