Probiotics?

Does anyone take probiotics during pregnancy? I suffer from terrible acne and hair loss due to hormonal imbalance. Before pregnancy, I was on a vitamin regimen, which I also incorporated a probiotic. I’ve since gone off, and the issues have returned. Can anyone recommend a good probiotic that’s safe to take?

Probiotics are actually really good tip take during pregnancy. More so the further along you are. Some studies suggest that baby has a better immune system at birth if mom was on probiotics in the last trimester.

I too suffer from hormonal hair loss, nothing has ever really helped mine. As far as a probiotic I don’t take one but I try to eat yogurt. I actually find the less dairy I eat the clearer my skin is.
