When to take test?

So what day would be “you COULD take a test today but it might not be accurate” and what day would be “a test taken today will probably be accurate”? New to this...

We have the exact same cycle. I am taking my first test on Tuesday!

12 dpo and it might be accurate but people also test early and get a positive and some people have to wait until they’re a week late. I would say you’re not out until a period comes.

You could take a test 7-13 dpo, but even if you are pregnant, you may get negatives. 14 dpo and on would be the most accurate.
