So I have a Paragard (copper) iud in for almost a year now and have always had intense horrible cramps 4-5 days before my period, I have always been regular even with the iud, my cycles are exactly 27 days, and my period is supposed to start tomorrow but I haven’t had a single cramp and am starting to worry. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative but I’m still worried that my pms symptoms have changed so rapidly. Has anyone had the same thing and is it something I should worry about?
