Leaving for basic training help

My beautiful bestfriend/ boyfriend/ love of my life is leaving tomorrow for basic training. Do y’all have any advice y’all can give me to help me through this? I’m trying so hard not to have a mental break down rn. He’s doing this to jump start our future and to make sure we have the ability to create a strong stable family. But it’s so hard being able to say goodbye to him. He’s the best thing to happen to me. And I would love advice on how to make it through this and how to get through this.
