SOS Pregnancy carpel tunnel syndrome
Has anyone experienced pregnancy carpel tunnel syndrome ?? Please share your experiences and things to help! I have it and my hands and fingers are always numb 😭 and just recently when I sleep even short naps I wake up with my fingers locked! I have to pry them open and it takes some working with them to keep them straight at first. Not to mention they are so swollen and hurt so bad 😅😅
