Have any of you mommas just had a bad breastfeeding day? I feel like I barely ate today and my milk just wasn’t coming in fully. Tried cookies and drinking lots of water but my daughter won’t stimulate my boob whenever she is crying so she just screams at my nipple for the milk to flow and it’s taking forever to letdown. Any help to produce more? Oh and I’m pumping at least twice a day.
