Stillbirth tore apart my relationship

So I don’t really know what’s going on or how to put this, but ever since we found out our little boy was stillborn my bf and I have been butting heads. We argue about a lot, he’s been making me feel unattractive (jerks off instead of sex) and when we do have sex it’s quick and he’s selfish/one sided. I asked him what’s going on and he just pushes it off. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m really upset I lost my son, I don’t want to lose my partner either. But right now I feel isolated, unattractive and sad.
