Back pain
I'm only 9 weeks pregnant but I have serious lower back pain 😫 my kids birthday party was today and I stood for 3 hours and now I can't get off the couch without being in pain . I feel bad because my husband always try to hug me when I'm standing but it hurts to stand still even for a minute I have to be constantly moving if I'm standing . Idk what to do I think my bodys just shot from having 2 kids now pregnant with my 3rd
