This is my first month (3rd month of IUD) that I felt confident in having sex without any other protection but from the IUD. My SO also came inside me during the times as well. Though, now.... my brain is being a bit over analytical and thinking I have pregnancy symptoms.

I just want reassurance that the IUD is a birth control that I can trust to prevent pregnancy.

I specifically have a Kyleena and everywhere I read it says it is 99.8% effective. The strings are also still there. So I have nothing to worry about, right?
