Constipation ðŸ˜
I'm 14 weeks 2 days and the constipation is killing me. I drink water all day and am fairly active. I have been taking stool softener sparingly because I don't like taking medicine, especially now. But it seems like nothing works. I don't even want to eat because being constipated makes me feel a little nauseous. I just feel terrible. Any suggestions?
