Hello, I was scheduled to start my period today... But last Sunday I bled. It wasnt normal bleeding.... Was off and on for 3-4 days and mostly pink or lighter red with some brown here and there. In fact after I stopped for a few days after I would occassionally see a spot of brown on the paper, which is super weird.

I was supposed to start my period today so tested, because this weird bleeding happened earlier in the week so figured it was safe to do so and get an accurate result... not pregnant.

Currently though I am so tired I feel like I haven't slept in days, highly emotionally and curled up on bed insanely nauseous...which never really happens to me. I figured if I had implantation bleeding and its been a few days I should be testing positive if pregnant, and when I tested I wasnt. But as I sit here incredibly nauseous I am wondering if maybe I still could be?

I've been trying to find an accurate assessment of when to test if you've had implantation bleeding and not finding much.... Anyone know?
