UPDATE: i had a friend who speaks Tagalog translate. Pretty much it was him telling her he regretted being with me when he knew she would’ve made him happy instead. And he really wanted her and liked her. Anyways, i broke up with him and decided to message the girl. He was suppose to have dinner plans this past weekend with her, but lied about not being able to meet up. It’s because he came to visit me out of town, to say goodbye to our relationship. But he didnt exactly do that. We came still acting like my boyfriend, and i had missed him. That’s when i saw his messages and confronted him. He said she liked him back and he has hope for them. So i broke it off. I felt like shit, so i decided to message the girl to let her know what was really going on. She told me i had the wrong idea, nothing was going on between them. She doesnt feel the same way towards him, and sees him as a brother. I felt so relieved knowing that i really did leave a toxic relationship, and he lost a great girlfriend.
