Here we go again 😭

So I’m 6 weeks and 3 days today and my doc appointment is tomorrow and guess what at around 4 pm I started bleeding lightly and now it’s kind of like a period not leaking but when I pee there some blood mixed with urine and when I wipe there’s dark dark blood on the tissue,there’s back pain but no cramping yet so I guess it’s once again another miscarriage 😢😭😩 I guess trying to have more bed rest and even the progesterone the doc gave me to make my uterus sticky didn’t help.....
