Is sperm leaking a worrying thing?

I am 27 years old and I am trying for my first baby for last 6-7 months. Everytime I have sex the sperm leaks out even though I keep pillow under my hips for atleast an hour after sex. Is this normal or can anything be done to improve my chances of getting pregnant. Please reply!

It’s not the sperm leaking out, it’s the semen.  The sperm has already swam away.  Laying with your hips raised, or feet in the air, etc. does nothing to increase your chances of pregnancy, but does increase your chance of a UTI.

Thats the semen coming out like its supposed to. Laying after sex does nothing to help conceive.

It’s normal. It’s just ‘left over’ there’s zero need to lay in bed after sex. You can end up with a UTI eventually

You have nothing to worry about. You can hop right out of bed after having sex. Most of his swimmers are already en route to their destination 😂

Think of the liquid that comes out as the carrier of the sperm. The liquid should come back out the vagina but the sperm will already be on their way up
