Hello, I’ve been on the pill for 7yrs now and this is the first time this has ever happened. My period was May 26-30 and is not due again until June 23. Today I noticed I was spotting very light brown and pink discharge and only when I wiped. Also like like cramps on my left side. Now on the combo pill I know it prevents ovulation and just For my own conscience I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I’m always on time and take it everyday, so this is very unusual for me. Can ideas on what could have happened or is going on?

I have no pain during sex

I have PCOS so I’m just very confused...if it continues I will see my gynecologist, but wanted to see if anyone had something similar that may know if it’s just a random thing or something else
