So I’m 7 weeks pregnant, and I just had intercourse with my SO and I started bleeding after there was some dark red blood. I’m not cramping but now I’m spotting. He did use his fingers and I’m thinking maybe his nail caught the walls of my vagina but now I’m freaking out and can’t sleep cause I’m worried I’m going to miscarry and I just need someone’s advice on if I should just relax or if I should be freaking out. Now I’m just lightly spotting and don’t have any cramping.
