I’ve previously have had two miscarriages..

Every time after my husband and I have had intercourse I miscarry, I know it could be a coincidence, but today we had sex again after a long time, I’m 11 weeks today.. and after I went to pee I noticed some blood. I’m not sure what to do, I’m honestly worried.
