I take Lo Estrin 24 Fe. It’s the lowest dose out there. Never messed with my moods or my weight. I actually just started taking it again at 6.5 weeks pp.

I am doing the rhythm/ pull out method. It worked well for us for years till we were ready for babies. Then the first shot at pregnancy we had we got pregnant. Good luck with whatever you choose!

They all gave me issues so now we just use condoms 🙁 All the hormone ones make me feel awful and the iud gave be constant pelvic pain. It’s best to speak to your doc about your goals and concerns and let them advise you

There a chance of gaining weight with anything you put into your body. I like my IUD and I haven’t gained any weight I’ve had it for about 5 weeks
