Has anyone else put on weight after miscarriage?

I'm comfort eating and I need to STOP! Anything I can do like exercises or diets... don't know where to start :(

First off, I am so sorry for your loss. 
I also ate all of my sadness... went from ~145lbs (weight around conception, did not change much until I found out I was having a missed miscarriage) to 188lbs. 
I honestly said fuck the scale because I was mentally struggling. I focused on feeling better mentally and healing emotionally. It has honestly taken me months. I had a D&C done in December and finally felt like myself again around April... I only recently started losing weight, and that was with the good old basics of exercise and eating what makes me feel good and is good for me whereas before I was eating what tastes the best.

So sorry for your loss. I'm in a similar situation trying to lose weight after a MC a few months ago. 
For me, the stubborn part of me wanted to take back what little control I felt over my body and that lead to deciding to get up every morning and go for a walk/run, even if it was only for 20-30 minutes. So instead of eating my feelings I have been walking them out, and it truly does change something in my brain and makes me feel less depressed  (especially if it's a walk outside or in nature). Maybe try going for short walks even if it's just for 10 minutes during your lunch break or around the block at home. If you do feel like snacking (I still do) try to find a lower calorie, healthier alternative like fruit (watermelon, grapes, an apple) or nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios). Another thing I've been doing is filling up a very large water bottle with a built-in straw so that I unconsciously drink much more water throughout the day than I normally would. This will make you less hungry to munch on things and get you good and hydrated.
Remember you don't have to be perfect. Doing something, anything for your body and mind to feel better is better than doing nothing. So even if it's starting with a small step, you should be proud you're taking it. Any little bit counts!
