After trying to educate myself on this topic online I have ended up just finding more things that scare me. I wanted to know if pregnancy can be caused by leftover sperm on surfaces such as counters,doorknobs,toilets,toilet paper etc. and then later touching yourself down there and forgetting to wash your hands.

I’m scared that sperm can still swim up into me from the outside of my vagina, even if they weren’t directly ejaculated onto or into me. I keep finding information saying that ANYTIME semen or sperm gets around your vagina you can get pregnant and it makes me think that abstinence doesn’t even work :( I haven’t had sexual contact with a male in years, but am worried sick I can be pregnant from touching dried sperm or not dried sperm somewhere and later touching myself. Idk what to do or think
