Femara&IUI

Hi all. We just ended our 6 months of letrozole/Femara without success. I am due to start my period2 days and begin the IUI journey. We are only doing 1 round of IUI prior to IVF. Our insurance company recommended that so we don’t burn our fertility life time max on procedures with not a lot of “success”. I am feeling really down the last couple days as we met with our RE in April and she said “keep trying for two more months; most couples have an 80% success rate in the first 6 months”. So here we are, 6 months. No success. Anyone have a similar experience this far into letrozole & times intercourse? When did you have a successful conception?
