Restless Nights

Hello Everyone , please share on how you make yourself tired for bed.

I am in my 2nd trimester and little Fella loves to move around now , usually I go to bed around 9 , but I'm always waking up to use the restroom (which is normal) around 3am or 4am but once I'm up my baby boy just won't stop moving and moving & its really getting to my sleeping schedule & including my boyfriend, who wakes up at 5am..

I've been just feeling restless😭

Anything that would help? Or is this just one of those hold on till the ride is over thing lol
