So my pediatrician wants me to transition my son to whole milk once he has his first birthday (in one month). I'm not sure how to transition him because he is mostly breastfed (has formula when I'm at work if necessary). I've let him taste whole milk before and it definitely wasn't something he loved lol. I can get him to drink about one ounce if I'm really lucky. I know most people start mixing it with formula or breast milk but, first, I can't pump anymore because my body stopped responding to a pump really well. And, second, if it's formula then I can't feed him because he definitely won't take a bottle from me. Help!
