Thin endometrium with successful pregnancy??!

Question

I just found out last week that I am pregnant HCG level 14dpo= 97. I went to my OBs office to follow up on an ultrasound I had around time of ovulation and she said my endometrium was only 3mm thick and that I could very well miscarry or have a chemical pregnancy.
I am going for a repeat HCG on wed to see if my levels are rising and if so I’ll have an ultrasound at around 6 weeks.
I am going insane with worry.
Has anyone had a thin uterine lining around time of ovulation and had a successful pregnancy?

I always suffered from thin lining and wasn’t able to get pregnant any time it was within the 3-6mm range. Most of the issues with thin lining seem to be getting pregnant at all, so I think it’s at least a good sign that the embryo implanted! I think it’s a little unfair that your doctor said that because the lining could’ve been thicker than was measured, or it could’ve thickened since the measurement. 
I know it’s hard, but try to be optimistic for your little babe and wait to see what the next beta is like. I hope you have a sticky bean in there! 🤞🏻❤️
