MMC with twins when can I TTC again?

I had mmc with twins they measured 7.5 weeks but miscarried weeks later on May 17. One doctor told me to try again after two cycles and the other doctor said three cycles? We are thinking of trying again after my first period but I’m not sure if that will put me more at risk for a mc again if we try too early? Really distraught on what to do since we want to try again.

My doctor told me last week that there’s no medical reason to wait. We had MMC D&C on 25th May & I think I’ve ovulated as had all the signs. Hoping we’ve conceived again 🤞🏼

If there’s no medical reason, I say start again when you’re emotionally ready.  My Dr told me wait one cycle (so it’s easy to track).

Same boat here. 
Research says that women who conceived within 3 months of a miscarriage are somewhat more likely to get pregnant easier. But statistically, the risk is only slightly above what the normal rate of miscarriage is. It’s more likely to lead to infection early, so I’d definitely wait at least 6 weeks or a full cycle, but other than that I don’t think there’s evidence to suggest that waiting longer is better. Research sort of says the opposite. Unless your doctor has another medical reason for suggesting it.
