Swaddling
For those of you whose little ones LOVE to be swaddled for sleep - when did you stop? I'd really like to work toward not using a swaddle, but she wakes up like 5 minutes after I put her down without one EVERY time. Even if I continually put her back to sleep and put her back down. So I've kind of given up, but I'm a little afraid she's going to be in a swaddle until college. 😂 Tips and tricks? She's currently about 4.5 months old.
