Vaccine reaction??

My baby girl had her 2 month check up today and recieved her 2 month vaccinations. They were given 6 hours ago and now most of her left thigh is swollen and red, and obviously very painful for her. She is screaming non stop, and whenever she moves that leg or it gets touched the screaming intensifies by a lot. She has a mild fever.

I know that redness, irritability, and some pain is normal after vaccines but this seems a bit intense.

And of you moms had this happen? Should I be concerned? I called the Dr and I'm waiting for a call back...
