Late period/nexplanon

So I got nexplanon in February. My period at first was nonexistent. But then came regularly until this month. It's 5 days late. I got some period symptoms like my boobs being sore for a day, bad bloating, etc. But it hasn't came. I've let my boyfriend cum in me but not since early may because I put a stop to that because of my anxieties. I know it's a good birth control and I know it's normal to not have periods or for it to be irregular but literally my biggest is pregnancy. Has anyone else had this issue? Ive also gained some weight but mostly just in the lower stomach area. I have no period symptoms now and am presumably normal. Should I be worried?
