I have recently just started birth control, I had been taking it for a few weeks but then I had an emergency come up and was unable to take the birth control pill for 2-3 days.

I recently lost my virginity as well. The first time I had been on the pill with a condom as well and then the second time we had unprotected sex but I had still been on birth control. Today we had protected sex but I hadn’t had my birth control. I’m a little nervous, maybe scared. I don’t know its normal to be a little nervous afterwards but I’ve been having a lot of stress go on in my life so I’ve been having physical reactions to stress, but I’m scared it could be unrelated to stress.
