Weight Gain and Feel Alone

I’m having some serious issues with weight gain here, anyone else? Before getting pregnant I was considered “overweight” at 5’6” and ranging from 169-171. I will say a few extra pounds but I was fairly muscular. I work in a gym, training to be a personal trainer, have all the nutrition books, overall healthy person.

Let’s skip forward to now sitting at 27weeks 5days and I’m 192 pounds. I work out 5 times a week, I still track what I eat and keep it to 1800 calories. Sunday I even went for a 4 mile trail run and still the pounds keep coming. My glucose test was negative everything has been great. Why oh why does the scale keep climbing? Anyone else ever have any issues with this? I asked my doctor and they said I’m ok but to just be aware and that’s a step in the right direction. I’m aware, I’m very aware I feel as though I’m doing everything I can and doing everything right and I’m just blowing up. Worst part is I don’t even have that big of a baby bump 😭. If it was all the bump I would be ok, I’m not sure where the weight is.
