I want to provide some hope.
Hi everyone. So I wanted to make a small post of hope for you all here that it is indeed possible to conceive within a short and decent amount of time thanks to your diet. I was diagnosed with PCOS six months ago after TTC for over 2 years. It happened very rapidly, to the point that within 6months of scans I had no signs of PCOS to having over 30 cysts on each ovary. I was devastated but I decided to do something about it. I changed my diet to no sugar and low carb. Similar to Keto but with some carbs, no more then 100grams per day though, but you can change this depending on your needs. My diet consisted of No sugar (only natural sugars and sweetners such as erythritol), no potato, no rice(except cauliflower rice), no pasta, no bread (except special low carb low GI bread) etc. I also kept a count of all the carbs I had eaten and made sure to have no sugar, this includes sugar added in pre canned products. After being on this diet for 6 months I lost 20kgs and got my cycle to a semi normal rate. And this morning I woke up to a positive pregnancy test. No specialist appointments, no medications or surgeries. Please do not give up, it's definitely possible to conceive through something so simple as a diet change. Xx
I wish you all the best of luck and if any of you need some advice or tips, don't hesitate to contact me.

P.s I believe some form of exercise is also required, I'm a childcare educator and get over 10,000 steps per day at work but thought I should add this just in case.
