What supplements did y’all take?

To regulate your cycles with pcos? 
My ob wants to give me just one more medicated cycle before we move on to the next step...I’d like to avoid that if possible. 
I’ve tried Maca, myo- inositol, pink stork pills etc

I got a Myo-inositol supplement, you can find on Amazon. I use the fresh nutrition brand. I always just research and look at reviews and see if any new brands have come out but I have repurchased this brand a few times now. I stopped getting a period in Sept 2018 and still hadn’t had one until I started taking this supplement nightly in February and I immediately became regular again. My obgyn is the one who recommended this to me, everybody is different so I would talk with you doc to see what they think will be best for your body.

Have you tried upspring fertility, alani nu balance pills or Fh pro for women? These all are suppose to help with regulating your hormones and cycles. I'm not sure if they all work but wouldn't hurt to try out. Good luck!

I took fertilaid, fertilcm and ovaboost along w a vitamin b complex. Now I’m taking fh pro and an omega 3
