Only person who get back pain as a symptom?

I’ve had it with both pregnancies REALLY early.

I had it with one or two of my pregnancies. I’ve been pregnant four times.

When i was pregnant the last time, i had horrible sciatica out of NO WHERE 2 days before i tested +. 
I never ever get sciatica unless I’m pregnant. My OB said, when I told her it was awful super early with my youngest son, that it was related to hormone levels that early....since obviously it wasn’t baby sitting on anything that early.
I usually get back pain right around my bfp too...
