Going to have a mental break down

My baby just doesn’t stop crying. She goes to sleep crying, she wakes up crying... if she is not feeding or sleeping she is crying. Yesterday she cried so much she refused to eat and got dehydrated. It’s like no matter what I do is not enough. I just wanna cry, I’m worn down. I feed her every two/ 3 hours at night and during the day it’s mostly crying. She is 2 months now... will this end? I thought colic was till week 8 and she is week 9. My husband tries to help as well and it’s just getting to be too much. What can I do? What am I doing wrong? Why is she so unhappy all the time?
