I love glow but I know someone who got pregnant first try by the Flo app so I’m conflicted.

Neither. Take OPKs to get an accurate ovulation date and temp to confirm it. Apps are off for a lot of women.

My apps were always a little different too. I just used them for a general idea but they can’t actually tell you when you are ovulating they can only guess. OPKs have been very helpful for me in figuring things out. 😊

I have Flo also and it tells me I ovulate 14 days after 1st day of af. And glo tells me it's 14 days after the last day of af. But I ovulated according to glo last month

When I log ALL info, flow typically seems to be more accurate. But idk.

No app is 100% if you arent using opk's and temping I would just make sure to BD on both days
