PCOS, and pregnancy possibility

So today I was told that after my bloods saying I was borderline PCOS, and an ultrasound I have nle been diagnosed with PCOS. I had been tracking my bbt, and with OPKs, got my first peak on 6/6. And then by 9/6 it was negative. So could i get pregnant with my positive opk, or is it gonna be a long journey ahead of me. I should point out that I have a 15 month old, that took me and my husband 3 years to conceive. But I didnt know then if I had PCOS, was given a possible diagnosis 5 years ago.

Also I have to wait a week to have a phone call from the doctor to discuss if I need medical help, and treatment for the PCOS. Not sure why I have to wait, I am not sure whether to call the doctors and arrange an appointment instead. As I dont think I can wait a week!

What do you guys think? Could the positive opk be wrong? And should I call doctors?
