My little girl loves hers! We call it her “baby”. Ever since she was 3 months old she would only want to sleep on her side while holding on to something so we’d let her hold her “baby” every night. We don’t leave the house without it because she loves to sleep while holding it in her car seat.

They're either called Lovies or Snuggle Buddies.
Babies seem to like the stuffed animal/blanket combo. My 3 year old still sleeps with hers. It's like a satin fabric on the inside of the blanket part and I think she really likes that texture.
