Here you need to have a PHD for any university level class, but there are lots of exceptions. Basically, if it's a bachelor degree or higher. If it's a one or two year program then your Masters is fine. However, regular K-12 teachers start at 50 to 60k depending on district and top out at 90 to 120k a year.

Awesome. I am a teacher in NY and always wanted to teach at he college level but with our family just starting (20 month old and a baby on the way) it would be nice to have flexibility to work from home. Our state requires a PhD to teach at the college level and I cannot fathom going back to school right now lol

Canada. I have double Masters degrees in education. One in Early Childhood Education and one in distance learning. I teach ECE online and then do training in online documentation face to face
There are legit work from home jobs other than MLMs. Most of them require some kind of certification but often that can be through online classes or community college classes. My mom has been working from home as a tax preparer and book keeper for over 30 years.I run a childcare from home, I got certified through the local community college. I like this as I already have a kid to watch so I might as well watch a few more. :)My husband is free lance writer, but work is very unpredictable. I have friends how teach high school classes online. I know they have some kind of certification but I don't know how they got it or what it is exactly.

Oh and there are some call center jobs that are work from home, but you do need to have a fairly quiet environment to work from, so depending on how old your kids are that may or may not work.
